Shipping policy

Items are usually shipped in 2-5 business days. We use USPS and UPS and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. If your item has not arrived by the expected date, please reach out to sales@harborandoak.com with your order number. We will work with the carriers to try to locate your package and provide a solution. Please note actual delivery times are out of our control. Shipping may take longer during the holiday season.
